Shipping Policy
At Sun Dolphin Surfboards, each board is shaped with care and intention, and we take the same care when shipping it out to you.
Domestic & International Shipping
We ship surfboards within the U.S. and internationally, including Japan. If you’re placing an order from outside the U.S., please contact us directly to arrange shipping—we’re happy to work out the details and provide a quote.
Shipping Cost & Carriers
Shipping rates are based on the size of the board and destination. We typically use trusted freight carriers that specialize in surfboard delivery. Once your board is ready, we’ll send you the shipping details and tracking info.
Processing Time
Boards that are in stock usually ship within 3–5 business days. For custom boards, please allow extra time for shaping and glassing—we’ll keep you updated throughout the process.
Damage or Loss
We carefully pack each board, but if it arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description. We’ll do our best to help resolve the situation.
Pickups
If you’re local and prefer to pick up your board in person, let us know. We’d love to meet and hand it off directly.
