By placing an order with Sun Dolphin Surfboards, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We keep things simple, honest, and clear—just like our boards.

 

Orders & Payments

All surfboards are made in limited quantities or built to order. Payment is required in full to begin production or reserve a board. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods.

 

Custom Orders

For custom boards, we’ll stay in close communication throughout the process. Once shaping begins, custom orders are non-refundable, as each board is made specifically for you.

 

Shipping & Delivery

We ship both domestically and internationally. Shipping costs and timelines vary depending on your location and the size of the board. For more details, see our Shipping Policy. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking info and updates.

 

Returns & Cancellations

Due to the handmade nature of our boards, we do not accept returns or cancellations once production has started. If you receive a damaged board, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll work with you to make things right.
